I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with over 26 years of experience supporting individuals through life's challenges with care, depth, and compassion. I work collaboratively with clients to process painful emotions, understand and heal their nervous system, navigate life transitions, and develop a deeper understanding of themselves. Together, we explore the underlying patterns, core beliefs, and emotional experiences that shape how you think, feel, behave, and relate to others.
My approach is insight-oriented, psychodynamic, and trauma informed. I have extensive experience helping clients with anxiety, depression, OCD, ADHD, grief and loss, divorce, trauma, PTSD, and recovery from sexual abuse.
I believe healing happens within a safe, attuned relationship. Our work together is paced thoughtfully, with sensitivity to your nervous system and emotional readiness. Through personal insight, psychoeducation, somatic awareness, and practical evidence-informed tools, clients build resilience and internal resources to improve coping skills, emotional capacity, and overall well-being.
